✅ Lu Jong Tibetan Healing Yoga Classes 1 and 2: a practice in the form of a fluid and continuous movement composed of a series of 21 movements and a second series of 15 movements. As a preliminary, breath practices. After the session, a meditative practice.

✅ Active Tog Chöd Class: a dynamic practice performed in the gym includes breathing practices, warm-ups, coordination work, flexibility training, and leg muscle strengthening. The overall program allows for concentration and memory development.

✅ Meditative Tog Chöd Class: the other side of the Tog Chöd practice, which means "cutting off thoughts." The session includes theoretical instruction, breath practices, seated visualization practices, and mantras.

✅ Kum Nye Subtle Energy Yoga Class: This is a highly meditative practice that alternates between sitting and moving, primarily in a slow and mindful manner.

✅ Traditional Tibetan Shine Meditation (Shamatha) Class: Buddhism incorporates two meditations, which interact with each other, but requires starting with the one that focuses on concentration. This is Shine meditation. Later in the cycle, if people are interested, we can introduce the other pillar, Lakhtong meditation (contemplation meditation), which is systematically associated with Buddhist teachings.

✅ Traditional Thai yoga class Ruesi Dat Ton: part of official Thai medicine and the origin of Nuad Bor Rarn Thai massage, Ruesi Dat Ton offers a dynamic practice that aims to restructure the body's positions through muscle strengthening focused on the feet, legs, and thighs, while activating the circulation of energy through a combination of retention and compression points.

👉 LANGUAGE?
I'm French, but the classes are taught in French and English because the Chamonix population is largely English-speaking, and the first students were English-speaking.

Teaching in "Fran-Glais" suits me fine, no problem with that... 😀 And if there are enough people in both languages, I'll open new slots! It's as simple as that 😀

👉 WHAT?

The classes vary according to the seasons and are based around Lu Jong 1 and 2, Kum Nye, meditations, Tog Chöd, 5 Elements massage, Tsa Lung... 😀 Why all this? Because all these practices work towards the same goal: to develop clarity of mind, soothe emotions, and feel better in body and mind. And of course, they are entirely connected to each other and speak the same language.

👉 WHO IS IT FOR?

For everyone, because I adapt to each individual! And anyway, the goal in Tibetan yoga practices isn't to force yourself but to feel. So: each at their own pace!

Outdoor classes are more dynamic, while indoor classes are more introspective. Are you more athletic? I'll push you to be faster and more powerful in outdoor classes... have you raised your children, gained a little weight, or haven't been moving much? I will push you towards coordination, mobility, and you will progress gradually.

👉 WHAT TO BRING?

Indoors: comfortable clothing.
Outdoors: tennis-style sports shoes to ensure good lateral stability and soles that aren’t too rugged;
in winter, warm layered clothing so you can add or remove as needed depending on the weather;
and water to stay hydrated throughout the practice.
