In Buddhism, all paths teach one essential principle:
Method + Wisdom = Enlightenment — like two wings of the same bird.
In Vajrayāna, this principle becomes a living experience. The subtle body shows that:
Right channel → the energy of skillful action
Left channel → the energy of presence and wisdom
Central channel → union, non-duality, ultimate balance
👉 We move forward with two feet. We rise with two wings.
So why limit ourselves to only one side?
➡️ Lu Jong: the living wisdom of movement
Lu Jong releases physical tensions and calms mental confusion.
It develops:
-
a refined and accurate sensation
-
natural breathing
-
fluidity of energy
-
the openness of the heart
➡️ It makes the body receptive and the mind available.
➡️ Tog Chöd: the power of clear and decisive action
Tog Chöd (the Wisdom Sword practice) cuts through what holds us back:
-
doubts
-
fears
-
distracting thoughts
It awakens:
-
inner direction
-
confidence
-
courage
-
determination
➡️ It clarifies the movement of life.
➡️ Two practices → one path
Lu Jong without Tog Chöd?
→ Presence… but without direction.
Tog Chöd without Lu Jong?
→ Power… but without grounding.
Together, they create:
✨ a complete transformation of the body, the energy, and the mind.
🩷 One opens,
💙 The other directs.
🩷 One feels,
💙 The other acts.
💜 🕊️ 💎 Together, they unite.
🧘♂️ “Did you know…”
Did you know that in tantric Buddhism, the bell and the dorje (vajra / dorje) are never separated?
They form a fundamental ritual and symbolic duo.
-
The bell (ghanta) represents wisdom (prajñā) — understanding emptiness, inner clarity, and true vision.
-
The dorje (vajra / dorje) symbolizes method (upāya) — energy, skillful action, compassion, and the movement toward awakening.
When the bell (in the left hand) and the dorje (in the right hand) are held together, they embody the essential union of wisdom and method.
✨ This union is the heart of the tantric path — emptiness without compassion lacks depth, and compassion without wisdom lacks clarity.
If you’re already teaching and guiding others…
If you are a yoga teacher, a fitness coach, a therapist or a physiotherapist…
Adding even one of these practices to your teaching is already valuable.
But transmitting both means guiding your students in a truly complete way:
✔ body + breath + energy + inner clarity
✔ method + wisdom
✔ grounding + direction
✔ relaxation + power
➡️ You become a guide for both inner and outer movement.
🎯 Get trained in both complementary disciplines
I offer two complementary teacher trainings:
🧘♀️ Lu Jong Teacher Education
⚔️ Tog Chöd Teacher Education
You can choose to follow them:
-
separately, one after the other
-
or together, to experience the complete unity of the buddhist path
(and I can adapt the timing between sessions to offer you a coherent progression that respects your own rhythm)
Not sure which option is best for you?
Simply book a call in my calendar — we’ll explore together the path that resonates most with you ✨
🌟 In conclusion
You don’t have to choose between wisdom and method.
You can transmit both.
Because, in the end…
We only walk toward awakening with both feet.
