It is with great joy that I announce that I am now officially a Lu Jong 2 Teacher.
Lu Jong 2 is a much more intense practice than Lu Jong 1.
It requires greater stretching, strength, flexibility, and energy.
Lu Jong 2 consists of three groups of five movements each:

The first works on disease prevention by strengthening the immune system.

The second helps relieve ailments.

The third develops physical strength, inner power, and the mind’s ability to remain calm and concentrated.
At first, I will introduce some of these movements within Lu Jong 1 classes, both online and during retreats or journeys.
If there are interested participants, we can also arrange workshops or retreats, either in-person or online.
