Here we are — the Tibetan Yoga Practice Center takes root at the foothills of Mont Blanc, in the heart of the French Alps.
It was a dream, a powerful dream, that managed to overcome obstacles — true mountains surrounded by precipices worthy of the best science fiction chasms...
But dreams, when they are truly grounded, always find their way forward into a future, whether near or far.

Hello! Tashi Delek! Chapenan! Namaste! Hello! Ola! Hi!
and welcome to the Tibetan Yoga Practice Center in Saint Gervais Mont Blanc!
It is the strength we put into believing that makes dreams real — thought itself is creative. That is why it is essential to dare to stay in touch with our childlike soul and to dare to dream the unimaginable. This is the true path of life. Our dreams are often nothing more than the projection of a path, of a destiny. It is up to us to nurture them, to breathe vital energy into them so that the pieces of the puzzle come together — and turn them into reality.
Transformation is the method.
Transformation of the elements, transformation of the physical, subtle, and very subtle bodies, transformation of thought, transformation of mind.
On this path of transformation, men and women over centuries and millennia have learned to understand the functioning of human energy, its interaction with the elements and nature, and its impact on the physical, mental, and energetic body.
These eternities of observation and inner research have led to exceptional techniques, which today are only beginning to spread to the West. The secrets are being revealed, the veil is lifting, and we now have access to a new universe — an inner universe, rich and infinite — which I invite you to explore together.
These techniques, born from the visions and experiences of yogis in deep practices of meditation, breathing, and yoga, were recorded in Tibetan medical texts nearly 3,900 years ago…
Today, these methods have been adapted to us — modern Westerners, hurried and attached — so that we can fully benefit from this ancestral knowledge. Knowledge that lies at the origin of more recent or well-known practices (Qi Gong, acupuncture, sophrology, Reiki, mindfulness meditation…), without having to retreat to a cave for decades.
These are healing practices — yes, healing. They find their source in Tibetan Medicine and are often prescribed by doctors alongside medicines and a suitable diet. They act on the causes of disease. Imbalance between the elements is the cause: first imperceptible, then gradually more gross until it manifests as symptoms. These practices work to restore balance and harmony between inner and outer elements, and to bring about mental satisfaction. When the mind is balanced, energy follows — and physical well-being arises.
It is therefore with great joy that I invite you to discover these exceptional practices through retreats, workshops, group classes, and even journeys, which will be offered over time through Energetique-Tibetaine.com.
See you very soon,
Valérie Lobsang-Gattini
