The Nangten Menlang International (NMI) Organization of Buddhist Medicine is a growing international network of practitioners whose aim is to spread the knowledge and tradition of Tibetan Medicine and Tibetan Buddhist Tantrayana.
Nangten Menlang was founded by Tulku Lobsang in 2002 in India, and its international headquarters was established in Vienna, Austria, in 2005.
Led by Tulku Lobsang, NMI offers a wide range of teachings and trainings on Tibetan Buddhism and the healing wisdom of Tantrayana.
The practices taught include:
Movement practices:
-
Tibetan Healing Yoga Lu Jong
-
The Sword of Wisdom Tog Chöd
More subtle body practices:
-
Tsa Lung breathing exercises
-
Tummo (Inner Fire practice)
Teachings in Tibetan Medicine:

-

-

Although the teachings are diverse, each of these methods and wisdom traditions enables students to achieve better health and greater happiness by learning how to connect with their own innate wisdom.
Teacher Trainings
It is also possible for anyone to take part in a training program and become a teacher, thereby spreading even more widely the precious practices such as Lu Jong, Tog Chöd, and mindfulness.
Indeed, Tulku Lobsang has established a certification system for teachers and educators/teacher trainers.
There are therefore:
-
Teachers of Tibetan Yoga Lu Jong
-
Teachers of the Sword of Wisdom practice Tog Chöd
-
Teachers of Shiné Meditation
-
Teachers of the Tibetan Five Elements Practices
Valérie, from Énergétique Tibétaine, is a certified teacher as well as an educator/trainer of teachers in Lu Jong, the Tibetan Five Elements Practices, and Tog Chöd.
