On January 15, 2020, I was already monitoring Asian news sites about Covid, and when I spoke about it around me, people looked at me strangely… okay…
Today, everyone has come to realize that Covid has changed our world and our ways of living. Employees work from home, doctors consult online, restaurants innovate with take-away and home delivery, fabric manufacturers make masks, perfumers produce hand sanitizers, and so on—the list of adaptations is long.
As for me, travel could not be adapted at that time… :-) but retreats could.
So I moved everything online—programs to learn Lu Jong, whether for personal practice or to become a yoga teacher.
Some doubted, but know this: concepts are hard to let go of, and they are the bricks of your ego.
So, let go of the world “as it was before” and step into e-yoga—it’s far better than trying to practice with a mask.
Today, March 6, 2025, I’m in the process of transferring blog articles from the Énergétique Tibétaine website to this new one.
Rereading this post that I had published during Covid, I want to reflect on the experience of online courses.
Well, whatever those rooted in non-change may think or say, the results are undeniable today.
I notice it especially in the Lu Jong and Tog Chöd teacher trainings.
Of course, for Tog Chöd, there are in-person sessions—to learn the movements and build engagement.
But between those in-person sessions, students post their videos directly on the learning platform. I watch them, give corrections directly in the video, and I can now confidently say: this is far more effective than weekend workshops where everything is forgotten once people return home.
So here I am, at the beginning of 2025, also transferring all courses that were previously on the old e-yogameditation.com platform into a much more modern one where interaction is key.
Because I am convinced: a well-designed platform with dynamic and interactive content is the key to meeting all different learning needs and guiding everyone toward success.
So see you very soon online! 😀
